1. InvestigateSomething's wrong — log it. Can we fix it ourselves? If so, mark it done.
2. TroubleshootCall the tradie from Who to call.
3. QuoteRecord the quote amount.
4. ApprovalOver the limit below → the approver must sign it off before it can go ahead.
5. Scheduled → DoneBook it in, then record the final cost. A service resets the equipment's next-service date.
